The House Boat: Mermaid is 54 feet long with a capacity of 12-15 people. There are two decks, the first one is a studio room with a dining area and a kitchen. Also, there is a private room for resting. Shower room and bathroom are separated. All rooms have a Conditioner. The second deck has 360 degrees panorama, where our guest can enjoy dinner and an unforgettable view of the night Dubai from the Dubai New Water Canal. Also, there is a TV, Sound system, Karaoke, Internet connection. The House-Boat was built in the 2014 year. On the yachts, there are life jackets for all the guests with different sizes. There is a flammable system everywhere. The location is Marasi Marina, Business Bay. This area beginning with New Water Canal in Dubai, which was inaugurated on 9 November 2016. It comprises one shopping center, four hotels, 450 restaurants, luxury housing, walkways and cycle paths. From this place guests can enjoy the view of the famous building in the world - Burj Khalifa, sometime in the evening time it's possible to watch the amazing lazier show. This type of Yacht in comfortable to live and to get know with city Dubai a New side with bold architectural buildings and bridges and also, the side of The Old Dubai full of history and magic. The Routs: Dubai New Water Canal- Festival City (right side direction )- Dubai Creek - Old city Dubai. 1 hour of the booking is 145 Euro cruising inside the Canal. *Booking starts from 2 hours of cruising. 2 hour- 290 euro 4 hours - 540 euro ( 135 euro per hour) 6 hours - 720 euro ( 120 euro per hour) Special offer: If guests would like to book the House-Boat: Mermaid for days Price: 840 euro 24 hours + 4 hours cruising inside the canal (any direction by customers requirement ) with a professional Captain and 1 professional crew. The price for 1 day-24 hour: 580 euro. *For additional expenses, we can arrange breakfast, lunch, dinner menu. Would you like some special?
