We’re looking for a confident Customer Service Specialist that enjoys teamwork with a get-things-done attitude and a passion for making clients happy.
- Act as our customers primary point of contact
- Be a part of an unbelievably motivated team that enjoys teamwork, and delivering the best guidance to our customers
- Develop rapport with our customers in all interactions; offer solutions - not excuses
- Assist our clients by turning their boat holiday dreams into a reality
- Channel feedback from your customers back to the product team to influence our product development
- Proactively improve processes for you and your team
- You are customer obsessed and find pride and joy in your work
- Expert in delivering effective solutions
- Engaging and personable; capable of bringing out the positive in any situation
- You are self-confident, self-determined and extremely proactive
- You are positive and team-oriented
- Fluent English and German speaking and writing
