With many great restaurants and beaches, a vibrant nightlife scene and ample opportunities to experience the local cultural, historical and natural sights, Fethiye is one of the most popular towns along the Turkish coast. Scattered with beautiful islands and secluded bays and coves, the protected waters of the Gulf of Fethiye make it one of the most perfect sailing destinations in the Mediterranean – especially in a classic gulet! Fascinating Lycian Rock Tombs and a medieval fortress sit in impressive natural canyons on the hill and gaze down upon Fethiye bay below, creating a dramatic sight for visitors. You can even take the Lycian Way walking trail and hike to the top to also experience Fethiye’s beauty from up above.

And just a short sail further lie some other incredible coastal destinations, such as Cold Water Bay, Kas, Kekova Roads, Wall Bay and Tomb Bay, each with stunning, secluded anchorages and lovely marinas to relax in.

Fethiye town is situated neatly around a beautiful coastal amphitheatre, and in amongst its streets hides a shopper’s paradise; from leather goods to excellent food at the local markets, you’ll find everything you need. Not only is Fethiye perfect for shoppers, but it’s natural environment offers an abundance of outdoor activities to keep the adrenalin junkie occupied.
